Asuhan Kebidanan Ibu Hamil Pada Ny.L Dengan Hipertensi Gestasional Di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Roslena Kec. Medan Johor Kota Medan Tahun 2022

Gestational hypertension occurs when blood pressure is above 140/90Mmhg and this can occur after 20 weeks of gestation. The criteria for an increase in blood pressure are systolic >140 MmHg, diastolic >90 MmHg, no proteinuria. The aim of
the research was to provide midwifery care for pregnant women with Gestational Hypertension using a midwifery management approach with Varney's 7 steps. The research method used is descriptive research. The research results showed that the problem of Gestational Hypertension in pregnant women was felt by making 3 repeat visits, blood pressure decreased to 130/90 mmHg. This suggestion is aimed at health workers so that when conducting pregnancy education regarding hypertension, they should focus more.
