Speech Delay is one of the causes of Developmental Disorders that are most often found in children (Azizah, 2018) This Developmental Disorder every year seems to be increasing. Speech delay is the main complaint that is often worried and
complained about by parents (Humaeoh, 2017). In children with speech delays, it is often called Speech Delay. Speech stimulation must be done as often and as early as possible and continuously in the long term by both parents and caregivers (Maher, G.T 2020) The purpose of this study is to apply the care provided using the Midwifery Care Management approach to an. D with Growth and Development Disorders in the Independent Practice of Midwife Lili Ambarwati, Medan Marelan District. The care provided uses the Midwifery Care management approach 7 Helen Varney's steps are starting from Basic Data Collection, Data Interpretation, Identification of Diagnoses/Potential Problems, Identification of Needs That Require Immediate Handling, Comprehensive Care Planning, Implementation and Evaluation.
