Damage to breast milk is caused by inadequate emptying of the glands or abnormalities in the nipples, causing the breasts to become swollen, hard, hot and painful. Swollen and hard breasts, painful breasts, occurs 3-5 days after giving birth, both breasts are affected. The aim of this research is to provide midwifery care according to service
standards for postpartum mothers with breast milk supply, which aims to apply the 7 Step Varneiy peindeikatan meineijeimein method. This research method uses descriptive
methods. The results of the research after 3 repeat visits during the midwifery care home for postpartum mothers with complaints of swollen and painful breasts, the diagnosis of
breast milk dams had been resolved. Suggestions are directed to health workers to provide health education during pregnancy and postpartum regarding the symptoms of breast milk clotting and how to treat them.
