Abstract
Diarrhea is a disease characterized by changes in the form of feces with excessive intensity of defecation more than 3 times in one day (Prawati & Haqi, 2019). witha soft or liquid consistency, and can even just water with more frequency (usually three times or more) in one day. Meanwhile, acute diarrhea is a bowel movement that occurs in babies or children who were previously healthy, accompanied by a change in stool to liquid, or without mucus and blood which lasts less than 14 days (Jurnalis et al., 2018). This type of research is descriptive in the form of a literature review in order to explore the reasons for the experience of clients with diarrhoea. The approach that is used is the analytical approach from the initial perspective which includes assessment, initial diagnostics, planning,
implementation, and evaluation. The number of samples in this case is 1 person who will be held on 11-14 April 2022. The author takes the subject as An. A, aged 3 years. Gender of the female who was treated in the Sakura Room of Mitra Sejati Hospital. Collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the recommendations given to An. A observed diarrhea, increased fluid intake and adequate nutrition, administered antipyretic drugs as needed, exercised body temperature every two hours, and given warm compresses when the body temperature was high. Management of diarrhea during patient's vital signs, dehydration of patients, intake and output of fluids, outgoing instructions to give small amounts of fluids but often, in collaboration with the
medical team in administering drugs in fluids, infusion of NalCl with the amount of drops of 16x/minute in administration orallit. After taking care of An.A which
took place from April 11 to April 14 2022, it can be evaluated with the conclusion that the client's complaints have been resolved for 3 days, Diarrhea was handled at Mitra Sejati Hospital.
