Human development involves women as one aspect, with immaturity being the period of progress from youth to adulthood, which includes natural, mental and social changes. Puberty usually begins at the age of 10-13 years and ends at the age of 18-22 years and adolescents experience enormous changes, including sexual maturity and relative independence in economic terms. The aim of the research was to provide midwifery care for adolescents with reproductive disorders during adolescence using a midwifery
management approach with 7 Varney steps. The research method used is descriptive research. The results of the research after 3 repeat visits showed that patients with adolescent reproductive disorders were resolved by providing adolescent reproductive midwifery care. This suggestion is aimed at teenagers who are experiencing puberty so that they have knowledge about puberty and it is hoped that health workers will pay attention to the process of puberty in teenagers.
