Asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan (Continuity Of Care) pada Ny.N di PMB Azri Yani Kecamatan Deli Tua, Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara tahun 2024

The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world is around 33/100,000 live births and in 2019, the MMR decreased by 38% from 342/100,000 live births to 211/100,000 live births
and a decrease in the maternal mortality rate (MMR), around 2.9% far from the target of 6.4% per year. So that the realisation of sustainable health development goals of around 70/100 live births by 2030. The purpose of the research conducted was to perform midwifery care on Mrs.N with rupture perineum degree II at PMB Azri Yani, Deli Tua District, Deli Serdang Regency comprehensively using 7 steps of helen varney and soap conducted on 20 December 2023. The research method used is descriptive. Researchers get the results that have been done, namely midwifery care on Mrs N with perineal rupture by providing health education for perineal rupture care and there is no gap in practice with theory in various care that has been given. The author has carried out ongoing care with the results of the mother giving birth safely and the baby was born healthy, the postpartum period runs normally and has used natural contraception with the MAL method.
