Results : The results of this study were tested using chi-square, the data obtained using secondary primary data from the results of statistical tests stated that there wasa relationship between multiple pregnancies and the incidence of preeclamsia p.value <0,05 (p=0,183) (OR=1,607). There was a relationship between age and the incidence of preeclamsia p.value <0,05 (p=0,355) (OR=0,031). There was norelationship between body weight and the incidence of preeclamsia p.value <0,05 (p=0.743) (OR=463). There was a relationship between history and the incidence of preeclamsia p. value <0,05 (p=743) (OR=0,800). There is a relationship between axiety and the incidence of preeclamsia with a p.value <0,05(p=368) (OR=0,832) at the Ridos Medan Denai Primary Clinic in the 2024. Based on the Logistic Regression test, is was found that the variable of pregnant mother’s age has a very strong relationship with the occurrence of preweclamsia with a
significant value of 0.11 with the largest Exp (B) OR value of 3.114, which means that the age of pregnant women has a very influential or 3.114 times the chance of causing preeklamsia.
