Abstract
Family Planning (KB) is a human effort to intentionally regulate pregnancy in the family that is not against the laws and morals of Pancasila for the welfare of the family. The Indonesian National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) encourages the Family Planning and Family Development Population Program (KKBPK) to meet the targeted targets, including reducing the total fertility rate (TFR)
from 2.6 to 2.28 children per woman and increasing the use of contraceptive devices/drugs (Contraceptive prevalence rate/CPR) from 61.9% to 66.0%, and unserved family planning needs (unmet need) from 11.4% to 9.91% in 2019. The purpose of the study was to carry out family planning midwifery care for Mrs. R with 3 Months Injectable KB acceptor with Weight Gain at BPM Deby Cyntia,SST.,M.K.M Jln. Garu I Year 2021 using Helen Varney's 7 step approach. The research method used is descriptive research. The results obtained after
conducting research are Mrs. R has received midwifery care for Family Planning with Weight Gain. The conclusion of the family planning midwifery care research on Ny. R with 3 Months Injectable KB acceptor with weight gain has been resolved. It is hoped that health workers will inform and provide special midwifery care to family planning acceptors.
