Abstract

A breech pregnancy is a less-than-ideal fetal position prior to delivery, where the fetal head is in the upper part of the uterus, while the buttocks or feet are lower, close to the birth canal. This position can cause various complications during labor and influence medical decisions made by healthcare providers. Treatment for a breech pregnancy can still be performed in the knee-chest position, which is expected to allow the fetal head to descend toward the pelvic inlet. The purpose from this research, it provides comprehensive midwifery care and provides understanding to mothers starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, and contraceptive installation. Method The research used in midwifery care for Mrs. D with breech pregnancy uses a descriptive research design, namely a case study. From the results of data collection obtained from several methods used for primary data, namely by using observation data, interviews (anamnesis), and direct obstetric physical measurement results. as a client development record book Results This study shows an improvement in the treatment of Mrs. D with a breech pregnancy, it is hoped that comprehensive obstetric care
and increased patient knowledge will be provided. Conclusion After Helen Varney's steps were taken in Mrs. D's case by treating her in the Knee Chest position and yoga, it was
more effective for pregnant women in correcting the position of the fetus.
