Abstract
Background: Maternal mortality (AKI) and infant mortality rate (AKB) have not improved as expected, even though the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) require efforts to reduce both maternal mortality (AKI) and infant mortality (AKB). as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) target for 2030, namely AKI reaches 70 per 100,000 live births and AKB reaches 12 per 1,000 live births (Ministry of National Development Planning, 2022). The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) worldwide in 2019 was 303,000, according to World Health Organization (WHO) data, while the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) was as high as 235 per 100,000 live births (ASEAN, Secretariat 2020). Methods: Methods used for comprehensive care in NY.W Descriptive observation is used in research
with planned stages that include and analyze the many levels of activities related to cases that occur in the field.
Results: Midwifery Management of pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum and newborn to family planning until there is a comparison between the gaps theoretically. Conclusion: The care provided to Mrs. W, 25 years old, during her pregnancy was 6 times and met the minimum standard of 6 pregnancy visits. The care provided to Mrs. W, 25 years old, during the first to fourth stages was in accordance with the 58 steps of Normal Delivery Care. The care provided during
the postpartum period to Mrs. W, 25 years old, was 4 times, where the first visit was 6 hours after giving birth, the mother's condition was normal and the baby was willing to breastfeed. Care for newborns was carried out 3 times, where the first monitoring was 2 hours after birth, the second
monitoring was 6 days after birth, and the third monitoring was on the 14th day.
