Umbilical cord entanglement is a condition where the umbilical cord wraps around the fetus's neck, either once or more times. Umbilical cord entanglement can have serious consequences, even leading to death, due to the tightness of the cord. This condition often occurs when there is excess amniotic fluid, a long umbilical cord, and a small baby. While umbilical cord entanglement is generally harmless, it can be a problem during labor. The purpose of this study is to implement COC (Continuity Of Care) midwifery care for Mrs. F starting from pregnancy, childbirth, BBL to contraceptive services with Helen Varney's 7-step management and also SOAP. research methods This research design refers to the ongoing approach given to Mrs. F with the aim of exploring new ideas and developing relevant principles, concepts, generalizations and theories. This research uses
a case study type, which is an observational method that aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of health phenomena or actual cases related to real life, especially within certain contextual limitations. This approach was chosen to minimize potential problems during the research process, especially in the case study related to the provision of comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. F through descriptive
marketing, especially those obtained in the field.The subject of this case study, Mrs. F G2P1A0, 26 years old, is willing to be given continuous care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum, to family planning at the Mandrehe Health Center. The results The researcher has
carried out continuous midwifery care management for Mrs. F starting from pregnancy, delivery with umbilical cord ligation, postpartum, newborn, family planning. The conclusion After carrying out routine ongoing midwifery care management for pregnant women, giving birth with umbilical cord entanglement, postpartum, newborns, and family planning, it was concluded that the cause of the mother experiencing umbilical cord entanglement was that the umbilical cord was too long.
