Asuhan Kebidanan Berkelanjutan Continuity Of Care pada Ny. F di Klinik Pratama Friska Novita Kecamatan Medan Labuhan Kabupaten Deli Serdang tahun 2025

A perineal rupture is a tear in the area between the vagina and anus that can occur spontaneously or through an episiotomy during childbirth, especially in the first delivery. About 90% of mothers experience this tear, and the healing process usually takes place within 6–7 days after giving birth. However, the speed of healing can differ depending on factors such as the mother's condition, the
severity of the wound, and the treatment given. The purpose of the researcher is to find out in depth how to implement the appropriate midwifery care provided to Mrs. F who went into labor with a second degree perineal tear at the Friska Novita Pratama Clinic, Medan Labuhan District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2025. The research method used is a descriptive research method. The results of the treatment that has been carried out on Mrs. F with a rupture of the perineum of the second degree showed a decrease in pain and no signs of infection or active bleeding were found. Research results The healing process went well with routine wound care and education related to hygiene and sitting positions. Mothers can carry out daily activities without complications within the expected recovery time. Conclusion Recommending to Mrs. F for the treatment of perineal wounds with techniques that are in accordance with standards, comprehensive education on how to take care of oneself during the postpartum period, and counseling on the choice and importance of family
planning programs. All of these actions are arranged based on Mrs. F's specific needs so that they are individual and holistic.
