Background: Maternal health during the postpartum period is one of the crucial aspects of maternal health services, which has a direct impact on the health of the mother and child. The postpartum period, which covers the six-week period after delivery, is a very important phase, during which mothers require intensive health monitoring to detect life-threatening complications, such as bleeding, infections and high blood pressure.
Method: The assessment characteristic used in this paper is descriptive research. The research subject was Mrs.
Result: In the case above, Mrs. F during the postpartum period, it is necessary to understand and implement how important it is to provide care to post partum clients according to standards from the first visit to the fourth post partum visit. If this care goes according to the
procedures, it will be possible to detect early whether there are potential problems so they can be prevented.
Conclusion: In this case it can be concluded that how important it is to provide care to post partum clients according to standards starting from the first visit to the fourth post partum visit to be able to find early whether there are potential problems so that they can be prevented. As for the steps taken by the author for Mrs. F from 6 hours to 6 weeks after the post partum
mother, namely by using the following steps: the researcher is able to carry out data collection with objective and subjective results, is an expert in finding a diagnosis of problems and needs, understands the prevention of problems that could occur and does not find emergency management, designs post partum care for clients, carries out post partum care, understands the evaluation of Mrs. F.
