Asuhan Kebidanan Contiunity Of Care (COC) Pada Ny. N Dengan Ketidaksesuaian TFU Dan Usia Kehamilan Di BPM Suriyanti Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Tahun 2024

Based on data obtained from the world health organization (who), MMR is around 295,000 mothers who die during and after pregnancy and childbirth (WHO, 2020). MMR in ASEAN is 235 per 100,000 live births (ASEAN Secretariat, 2021), MMR data in Indonesia in 2022 the number of maternal deaths has decreased to 3,572. For data on infant mortality rates in 2022 at the age of 059 months, there were 21,447 deaths (Health Profile, 2021). For (MMR) in the North Sumatra
region in 2022, namely 131 people. And for data on maternal mortality in Serdang Bedagai there were 5 deaths in 2022 (DINKES Medan city, 2022). IMR data is 2.6 per 100 live births, the causes of death are cases of LBW / low birth weight 131 cases, asphyxia 168 cases, tetanus neonatorum,
tetanus neonatorum 2 cases, infection 21 cases and other causes. (Provkes, 2022)
