Asuhan Kebidanan Berkelajutan (Continuity Of Care) Pada Ny.E Dengan Robekan Perineum Derajat II Di PMB Hamidah Kecamatan Medan Maimun Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024

Perineal rupture is the tearing of the perineum at the time the fetus is born. This tear is traumatic because the perineum is not strong enough to withstand the stretch when the fetus passes. The impact of perineal rupture in the mother can lead to infection in the suture wound which can
propagate in the bladder tract or in the birth canal which can result in the emergence of complications of bladder infection and infection in the birth canal. Perineal rupture can also cause bleeding due to the opening of blood vessels that do not close completely so that bleeding occurs continuously. Handling complications that are slow can cause death in postpartum mothers considering the physical condition of postpartum mothers is still weak. The purpose of this study was to provide midwifery care for Mrs. E with a second degree of Perineal Rupture at the
Independent Practice Midwife Hamidah Kec. Medan Maimun The 2024 Sandpaper Field as a whole with a 7-step Helen approach. The research Method used is descriptive research. The research subject is Mrs. E with Perineum tear degree II in Independent Practice Midwife Hamidah Kec. Medan Maimun which was held on 14 October-23 December 2023. The result of this study is that midwifery care has been carried out on Ny. E with Perenium Rupture Degree II provides Kegel exercise techniques and health education on perineal rupture treatment gradually within 5 days, the mother's complaints have been resolved. It is expected that health workers can conduct health education on perineal rupture according to SOPs and patient needs.
