Abstract
Background: Nausea and vomiting often occur in early pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. This situation is often referred to as "morning sickness" because nausea and vomiting tend to occur in the morning, although some experience it at night. According to data from the World Health Organization (2019), the incidence of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women is around 14% at the global
level. In the United States, the incidence of nausea and vomiting ranges from 0.5% to 2%. In Indonesia, the incidence of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women is quite high, which is around 50% to Up to 75% of people have preterm
labor, and in the Province of Riau, between 60 and 80 percent of people experience preterm labor due to hormonal, work-related, psychological, and paritas factors. The purpose of this study is to identify the variable that affects heart rate variability in adult Bpm Leni Marlina's first trimester.
Method: This research is a quantitative study conducted using a cross-sectional pendekatan, conducted in a deskript manner. This study includes forty-one mothers in the first trimester of Leni Marlina's pregnancy. All sample designs use the entire sampling method.
Results: This analysis uses Chi Square as its model. The research findings indicate that the work status (0,008), leave (0,006), and community environment (0,0026) are all weak.are affected toward arising of naoseous-vomit for the
mother’s pregnant in the first three-semester.
Conclusion: The conclusion is the job-status, parity, and family-supporting can be affected toward condition of naoseous-vomit for the mother’s pregnant in first three-semester. Here,the suggestion is the mother’s pregnant should improve antenatal-visiting care and they should get well information about the condition on naoseous-vomit.
