Schizophrenia is a chronic and serious neurobiological disorder of the brain. This disorder is characterized by difficulty in communicating, false perceptions of reality (such as hallucinations or delusions).Paranoids chizophrenia is a condition in which individuals may exhibit violent behavior, which can be verbal, physical, or both, against objects, other people, or themselves. Violent behavior
often arises due to difficulty in managing emotions, unhealthy emotional expression, personality disorders, unsupportive environments, substance or alcohol abuse, difficulty in resolving conflicts, and genetic factors. According to WHO data in 2019, 264 million people worldwide experience depression, 45 million people suffer from bipolar disorder, 50 million people suffer from dementia, and 20 million people suffer from schizophrenia. This study aims to
obtain an overview of mental health problems in a case of a person with mental disorders at the Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Mental Hospital, Medan in the Merapi sorik room. So from the results of the study, the author raised Mental
Nursing Care for Mr. D with violent behavior in the Merapi sorik room for three days using the mental nursing process and implementing the Implementation Strategy on violent behavior patients, the results obtained were: Mr. D can control emotions by means of the Implementation Strategy that has been applied such as relaxation with deep breathing.
