COC services are continuous services provided by professionals from pre-conception, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, and family planning with the aim of
increasing the health status of mothers and children by implementing continuous care (Diana Sulis, 2017). The research method used is descriptive. The sample taken by
Mrs. N 22 years old G1P0A0 housewife with husband Mr. V, 35 years old, self�employed. The mother did a pregnancy check at the Independent Practice Midwife S Br. Kaloko made 5 visits and 2 visits to the doctor with the results of all examinations within normal limits, only physiological changes occurred. In the process of giving birth during stage IV, the mother was referred by the midwife due to a third degree perineal rupture which started from the perineal membranes to the anal sphincter muscles and an immediate referral was made to the hospital. A postpartum visit was carried out after returning from the hospital, the wound on the perineum looked good, there were no signs of infection or complications, the baby was breastfeeding firmly and the mother was happy for the birth of her baby. The mother said she wanted to use natural contraception method using coitus interuptus, in accordance with the
agreement between mother and husband.
