Health development in Indonesia aims to increase amareness, willingness, and ability to live healthily for everyone in order to achieve the highest possible level of public healt, as on investment in productive and economical human resource development. One of the SDGs targets is to reduce the maternal mortality rate (MMR) to 70/100,000 five births and the infant mortality rate to 12 per 1,000 live burks. The maternal mortality rate (AMR) and infant mortality rate (IR) in indonesia are still very high. Gren this situation, strategic and comprehensive efforts are urgently needed to achieve reductions in MMR and IMR by 2030 The purpose of this study was to provide comprehensive continons michijery care to Mrs. E with a grade I perineal laceration at the Ron Barus Maternity Hospital in Afedan. The research method used was descriptive, employing Helen Parney's 7 steps, conducted on January 28, 2024. The rescarcher obtained the following results: continuous midwifer care for Mrs. E with a first-degree perineal laceration ot BPM/ Roni Barus, Medan Ciy. 2024, with the mother giving birth safely and the baby being born healthy with a birth weight of 3200 grams. The pospartm period proceeded normally, and the mother has used contraception, namebi the 3-month contraceptive injection.
