Nausea and vomiting are the most common disorders in pregnancy and are complained of by 50-70% of pregnant women in the first 16 weeks. Less than 60% of trimester pregnant women experience nausea and 44% experience vomiting. In this case of nausea and vomiting dehydration can occur if the
condition severe nausea and vomiting. About 50% - 90% of all pregnancies are accompanied by nausea and vomiting. The aim of this research is to provide midwifery care for pregnant women with Level I Hyperemesis Gravidarum at the Nurlela BR Midwife Practice. HSB. Smd.Keb in Pekan Tolan Village in
2021 which is carried out thoroughly using a 7 step varney approach. The research method used is descriptive research. The results after carrying out this research, Mrs. R, 26 years old, 8 weeks 6 days pregnant with Grade I Hyperemesis Gravidarum, progressed gradually in providing midwifery care for 3 weeks 5 days so that Grade I Hyperemesis Gravidarum was resolved. It is estimated that all health workers, especially midwives, are able to carry out Midwifery Care for mothers who experience Hyperemesis Gravidarum and are
aware of the importance of health workers in treating Hyperemesis Gravidarum.
