Abstract
Background of Continuous Midwifery Care (COC) is care that starts from Pregnancy to Family Planning. Pregnancy is the meeting of the ovum and sperm in the ovary or conception. Childbirth is a physiological event where there is a series of processes of production of conception. The puerperium period is the postpartum period that begins immediately after 2 hours of placenta birth. A newborn is a baby born in the first hour of life. Family planning is an effort to create a family with an ideal marriage age, regulate the number of children or delay pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care to mothers starting from the pregnancy period when the mother does not experience complications, Childbirth by experiencing perineal rupture degree I, postpartum treatment methods, BBL has no complications, and until Contraceptive Services (KB) the mother chooses MAL Birth Control. This research method
was used with a qualitative descriptive method of a case study on Mrs. R aged 28 years G3P2A0, Gestation 37 weeks 1 day. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and physical examination methods. The design in the study was carried out with Helen Varney's Seven steps presented with a narrative. The results of the research are
that Continuous Midwifery Care (COC) has been carried out on Mrs. R starting from Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum Care, BBL, and Family Planning. And only experienced complications in Period IV Childbirth with Degree I Perineal Rupture.
Conclusion after conducting Case Study Management or Helen Varney's Seven Steps on Mrs. R on a Continuous Basis starting from Normal Pregnancy, Childbirth with Perineal
Rupture, Postpartum by way of wound care, Normal BBL, and MAL Birth Control, as an effort to reduce AKI and AKB in accordance with the midwifery profession is carried out
comprehensively.
