Abstract
Pulmonary tuberculosis remains a contagious disease with high morbidity and mortality rates in Indonesia. Bangun Rejo Village is an area with a high number of TB cases, necessitating comprehensive family nursing care oriented toward excellent service. Objective: To describe the implementation of family nursing care management for Mrs. F with pulmonary TB, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Method: This study used a case study design with a nursing process approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation. Results: Three primary diagnoses were identified:ineffective
airway clearance, nutritional deficit, and knowledge deficit. Interventions included education, effective coughing exercises, nutritional management, and infection prevention. Implementation proceeded according to plan, and
evaluations showed an increase in the family's ability to recognize problems and improve the client's condition. Conclusion: Family nursing care based on the principle of excellent service can improve the family's understanding,
