Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Tn.U dengan Tuberkulosis Paru Di ruangan Mahoni RS Universitas Sumatera Utara tAHUN 2023

Introduction: Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease and is the main cause of health problems. Pulmonary Tuberculosis is ranked 13th as the biggest cause of death, while in the category of infectious diseases, it is ranked
second as a cause of death. In the same year, the estimated number of individuals suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis reached around 10 million. Based on data from the Hospital University North Sumatra, which recorded 114 cases. Research purposes: The type of research used is descriptive, which aims to directly explore the problems experienced by clients with pulmonary tuberculosis at the North Sumatra University Hospital in 2023. Results: The research results that have been obtained are after providing nursing care to Mr. U obtained the results that all interventions could be carried out and then continued by the nurse in the room. Conclusion: The approach taken is a nursing care approach starting from nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. And after carrying out the implementation of nursing care for Mr. u all interventions, give the patient the semifowler position or semi-sitting position, teach relaxation techniques, identify the presence of pain.
