uicide risk is a threat to oneself through self-injury. Risk factors for suicide include psychological, environmental, and family factors. Suicide is a conscious attempt to end one's life, with the individual consciously having the desire and carrying out their desire to commit suicide. The purpose of this study was to provide mental health care for patients at risk of suicide at Prof. Dr. Soetomo Mental Hospital. Data collection was conducted through various methods, including interviews and accurate observation of the patient's condition. The results of the study on suicide risk include the implementation of implementation strategies (SP 1–SP 4) in patients at risk of suicide, which include relationship training, controlling suicidal desires, strengthening self-esteem, and planning for the future. Recommendations for services to improve therapeutic relationships require ongoing mitigation and supervision to ensure intervention results are maintained and patients are able to maintain their emotional stability Conclusion
The medical care provided in treating patients shows an increase in the nurse's ability to control themselves and continue the intervention according to the daily schedule to maintain and improve the results during treatment.
