Manajement Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity of care (COC) pada Ny.D kehamilan dengan anemia ringan, Bersalin, Nifas, Bayi Baru Lahir dan Keluarga Berencana di PMB Dora Ginting Kecamatan Medan Sunggal Tahun 2025

Continuity of care (COC) is the concept of providing integrated and continuous health services from pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care, and family planning (FP) services. Anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin level is <11.0 g/dl or a decrease in the blood's oxygen-carrying capacity, resulting in a decrease in red blood cells and a decrease in hemoglobin in the blood. The aim of this study was to provide comprehensive continuous midwifery care to Mrs. D during pregnancy with mild anemia, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and family planning at PMB Dora Ginting, Medan Sunggal sub-district in 2025. The research method used is a descriptive method that is studied to produce an objective description of the situation. This descriptive research is also a way for researchers to describe the objects and subjects studied in depth, broadly and in detail on pregnant women who experience mild anemia, childbirth, postpartum, BBL, KB at PMB Dora Ginting, Medan Sunggal district in 2025. The population in this study was Mrs. D, pregnant with mild anemia at PMB Dora Ginting, Medan Sunggal district in 2025. The subjects in this study were Mrs. D. pregnant with mild anemia, giving birth, postpartum, newborns, and family planning at PMB Dora Ginting, Medan Sunggal sub-district in 2025, so they needed continuous midwifery care. The results of the researchers have carried out continuous midwifery care management for Mrs. D starting from pregnancy with mild anemia, childbirth, postpartum, BBL, KB. The conclusion After carrying out continuous midwifery care management for pregnant women with mild anemia, childbirth, postpartum, BBL, KB, it was concluded that mothers who experienced mild anemia had been resolved with the care provided by the researcher.
