Objective:This study aims to develop and implement a nursing care management plan for pediatric epilepsy patients using a service excellence approach. Method: This case study employed a qualitative descriptive design. Subject: The participant in this study was a child diagnosed with epilepsy. Data were collected through interviews, direct observations of the patient’s condition, and comprehensive physical examinations to obtain a detailed understanding of the child’s health status. Results: The
assessment revealed three primary nursing diagnoses: hyperthermia, knowledge deficit, and risk of injury. The nursing interventions implemented included administering warm compresses, providing health education to the child’s parents, and monitoring seizure episodes. Conclusion: The provision of health education significantly enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing care for children
with epilepsy.
