Manajemen Asuhan Keperawatan Jiwa Yang Service Excellent Pada Tn.A dengan Isolasi Sosial di Ruang Bukit Barisan RS Jiwa Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024

Basically, Mental Disorders are disorders that affect a person's mood, mindset, and behavior. This disorder causes individuals to have difficulties in social, work, or public relations functioning. WHO estimates that globally there are around 478.5 million people with mental disorders including depression, schizophrenia and social isolation (WHO 2022). In achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target at point 3 in 2030, the goal is to reduce up to one-third of mortality due to non-communicable diseases, through prevention and treatment, and improve mental health and welfare (SDGs, 2015). Therefore, it is necessary to take actions to improve mental health as a whole. Social isolation is a condition when a person experiences decreased interaction with others due to feelings of loneliness,
rejection, or an inability to build meaningfulrelationships. This research was conducted at the Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Psychiatric Hospital in Medan with the aim of providing excellent service psychiatric nursing care to Mr. A with Social Isolation in the Bukit Barisan room. This research was conducted on February 21 – March 21, 2024 with a sample of 1 person. The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis with a case method. The results obtained by patients experienced an increase in the interaction process after the implementation of the Social Isolation Implementation Strategy
