Withdrawal is one of the symptoms of mental disorders that have the potential to trigger hallucinations and suicidal thoughts. According to the World Health Organization (2020) with data recording 264 cases of depression, and 20 cases of schizophrenia. The prevalence of social isolation in the world is around 46,200 people experiencing social isolation disorders. In Indonesia, the number of sufferers experiencing social isolation at the Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Mental Hospital, North Sumatra, the number of people suffering from mental disorders is 81,983 with a prevalence rate of 68,090 thousand. In addition, the prevalence of mental and emotional disorders in Indonesia over the past 15
years has reached 11.6%. And in this case, the case was taken, namely Mental Nursing Care for Mr. A with Social Isolation in the Dolok Sanggul Room, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Mental Hospital, North Sumatra Province. In writing

Isolation in the Dolok Sanggul Room of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Mental Hospital, North Sumatra Province. The patient came to the polyclinic with his family, the family said that the patient was often alone, had excessive fear of sweating at night and had sleep disorders. The patient was admitted to the Dolok Sanggul room on November 26, 2022 and was assessed on February 03, 2023. In the case of Mr. A with social isolation, a nursing process was carried out starting from Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Intervention, Implementation and Evaluation for 4 days starting from February 03, 2023 to February 06, 2023 with the problem of Social Isolation in the Dolok Sanggul Room of Prof. Dr.
Muhammad Ildrem Mental Hospital, North Sumatra Province. It can be evaluated with the results of the problem partially resolved, intervention and implementation continued by the room nurse.
