Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Pada Ny.T Dengan Hipertensi Di Desa Bangun Rejo Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2023

Background: Based on the WHO (Word Health Organization) the definition of high blood pressure refers to the escalation of systolic blood pressure above the normal limit of more than 140 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure exceeds 90 mmHg.
According to data found by the Bangun Rejo Health Center, high blood pressure is the most common disease at Bangun Rejo environment, Tanjung Morawa sub-district and according to a questionnaire distributed to the community, Bangun Rejo Village found the 4 most problems were Hypertension(46.15%), Diabetes (23.8%), Rheumatism (23%), Heart (7.05%). When checking blood pressure in the elderly, 30 respondents were found, and 23 people with hypertension (76.7%) and 7 (23.3%)
people had normal blood pressure. Method: This type of case study is a type of case study that aims to explore the
problem with hypertension at Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. Results: The results of research that have been obtained after conducting Nursing Care are successfully conducting and implementing nursing care with five stages. Conclusion: The approach taken is a nursing care approach starting from Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Nursing Intervention, Nursing Implementation, Nursing Evaluation. After carrying out the application of Family Nursing Care for Mrs. T with hypertension at Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023 for four days using the nursing process, namely: Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Nursing Care Intervention, Implementation of Nursing Care, and Nursing Care Evaluation consisting of progress records.
