Abstract
The problem obtained from this nursing assessment is how to provide nursing care for Mrs.N with Decubitus Ulcers in the amaliris room at Mitra Sejati Hospital in Medan in 2022. Decubitus is an injury related to the skin when the underlying bone tissue protrudes through the skin due to continuous pressure and friction. Continu ously on the skin. Decubitus ulcers are damage to the normal anatomical structure of the skin caused by external pressure from bony prominences, and take a long time to heal. The research method used is the case study method using secondary data such as medical record data in the form of age, gender, length of stay, immobility of decubitus ulcer cases at RSU. Located in the Amaryllis room at RSU Mitra Sejati Medan from 11 April to 16 April 2022. After conducting research on Mrs.N with decubitus ulcers at Mitra Sejati Hospital Medan starting from the 12th, the conclusion is: When evaluating clients with decubitus ulcers, we must be careful when collecting data, especially knowing the main complaints, past and current medical history, physical examination, and
patient's daily routine. The client's disease and its pathophysiology are used to construct the emerging diagnosis. The nurse's understanding of the client's
situation in the field is needed to set priorities by identifying urgent needs and situations that might endanger the client.
