Manajemen Asuhan Keperawatan Medikal Bedah yang service Excellent pada Tn. H dengan Tuberkulosis di ruangan Rawat Inap Paru RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2025

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory system, especially the lungs. TB is one of the main causes of high mortality rates each year. Objective: The general objective is to create and implement Medical- Surgical Nursing Care Management for tuberculosis patients at H. Adam Malik General Hospital in 2025. Method: This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive approach. Subject: The study used one patient who had tuberculosis. Data collection was carried out through various methods, namely interviews, direct observation of the patient's condition, and physical examination to obtain a more accurate picture of the patient's condition status. Results: Based
on the results of the assessment that has been carried out, three nursing diagnoses were found that can be established, including, Ineffective airway clearance, Impaired gas exchange, Nutritional deficit. Interventions carried out monitor breathing patterns, Identify oxygen speed, Monitor body weight. Evaluation shows significant improvements in the patient's physical and psychological parameters.
Conclusion: Health education carried out can increase success in providing medical-surgical nursing care with tuberculosis.
