Manajemen Asuhan Keperawatan Gawat Darurat yang Service Excellent dengan penyakit Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) di Kementerian Kesehatan RS Adam Malik Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2025

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a medical condition characterized by a gradual decline in kidney function over a period of at least three months. This disorder causes the kidneys to be ineffective in filtering blood, which leads to the accumulation of metabolic waste in the body. The purpose is to implement emergency nursing care based on excellent service for Mr. P with Chronic Kidney Disease in Room RA6, Ministry of Health, Adam Malik Hospital in 2025.The case
study method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The subject is a patient with CKD. Data collection was carried out through interviews, direct observation, and medical documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed based on the stages of the nursing process and the results were presented in narrative form. The results of the study based on the assessment found 4 diagnoses: spontaneous circulation
disorders, gas exchange disorders, activity intolerance, and elimination disorders. Interventions carried out include monitoring vital signs, monitoring breathing, urine, and providing health education. The evaluation showed that the problem was partially resolved. The conclusion is that implementing emergency nursing care with a service excellence and caregiver approach can improve nurses' success in providing emergency nursing care to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease.
