Asuhan Kebidanan berkelanjutan (Continuity Of Care) pada Ny.F dengan Laserasi Jalan Lahir Derajat II di bidan praktek mandiri Pera, Kec.Medan Tuntungan, Kota Medan

In accordance with the SDGS target in 2030 on sustainable development of life in reducing maternal mortality to 70/100,000 live births. The maternal mortality rate is approximately 295,000 women die from complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. The purpose of this study was to perform midwifery care of labor on Mrs.F with grade II birth canal laceration comprehensively. The research method used in this study is descriptive research method using 7 steps of Helen Varney which was conducted on January 31, 2023. The results of this study are that the researcher has carried out labor care on Mrs. F with grade II birth canal laceration and has taken immediate action, namely suturing the laceration using the jelujur method and has given health care to the mother about personal and vulva hygiene. During the research process there was no gap between theory and practice.
