Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that the number of mothers who experience perennial rupture during childbirth is around 2.7 million. This figure is expected to increase to 6.3 million in 2020. In the Asian region, cases of perennial rupture are a common problem where around 50% of 28% of the damage occurred intentionally to widen the
delivery route, while the remaining 29% occurred suddenly. The aim of the research carried mothers who give birth experience it. In Indonesia, around 75% of mothers who give birth vaginally experience damage to the delivery route. Of this number, around out was to provide midwifery care regarding delivery to Mrs. I with grade II perennial rupture at the Roslena Clinic, Medan Johor District, Medan City in 2024 comprehensively. The research method used isdescriptive using Helen Varney's 7 steps which were carried out on October 20 2023. The researcher has carried out continuous care for Mrs. I with grade II perennial rupture at the Roslena Clinic, Medan Johor District, Medan City 2024 with the result that the mother gave birth safely and the baby was born healthy, the postpartum period was normal, and had
used contraception, namely 3-month injectable birth control.
