The method used for comprehensive care on Mrs. A is descriptive research, which systematically describes a phenomenon used, namely Case Study. The results were carried out examination of placental completeness and the presence of a second degree birth canal tear from (vaginal mucosa posterior commissure perineal skin to perineal muscles) and placenta was born complete with a cord length of 50 cm, number of cotyledons 19, diameter 20 cm. Conclusion to Help in understanding the process of pregnancy to family planning. In Mrs.A when the third trimester pregnancy began on December 10, 2023 until March 19, 2024.
