Manajemen Asuhan Kebidanan Berkelanjutan Continuity of Care (COC) pada Ny. S Usia 28 Tahun di PMB AIDA Nospita Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Tahun 2023

Background: Continuity of cares is one way to reduce and prevent the occurrence of Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate. With this, medical personnel provide the best health services with sustainable midwifery care (Continuity Of Care) for Mrs. S at PMB Aida Nospita.

Methods: This research was conducted using a descriptive approach. Researchers collect data and describe the entire process of continuous midwifery care (continuity of care) by conducting observations an interviews with pregnant women since TM III pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, newborns, and family planning and are equipped with records in the form of SOAP documentation and Varney.

Results: This continuous midwifery care research was conducted at PMB Aida Nospita directly from 24 October 2022 until 11 Februaru 2023. In the process of midwifery care since pregnancy TM III, childbirth, postpartum period, newborns, and family planning no gaps were found between theory and practice.

Conclusion: To improve the quality and quantity of midwifery service, medical midwives need to implement continuous midwifery care (Continuity Of Care) wihich can be used to determine whether early diagnosis of risk factors during pregnancy, labor, newborn, postpartum period, and invalidation is a component of complete midwifery care.
