Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Rendahnya Cakupan Kunjungan Nifas (KF3) Di Puskesmas Sawit Seberang Kecamatan Sawit Seberang Kabupaten Langkat Tahun 2023

The coverage of complete postpartum maternal health services (KF3) in North Sumatra Province in 2019 was 81.50%. When compared to the target set in the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office's Strategic Plan for 2019 of 84%, this coverage has approached the target that has been set, for Deli Serdang it has reached 87.37%, although it has reached the target, the Sawit Seberang Health Center still has 10% of mothers who do not make postpartum visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the low coverage of postpartum visits (KF3) at the Sawit Seberang Health Center, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency in 2023. This research method is an analytical observational study using a Cross Sectional approach. From the results of the study, there was a significant relationship between education, knowledge, occupation, distance from health facilities, parity that influenced the low coverage of postpartum visits (KF3) at the Sawit Seberang Health Center with a total of 45 respondents. From the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between maternal education and low coverage of postpartum visits (kf3) at the Sawit Seberang Health Center with a p value of 0.03. This means that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and low coverage of postpartum visits (kf3) at the Sawit Seberang Health Center with a p value of 0.017. This means that there is a significant relationship between maternal occupation and low coverage of postpartum visits (kf3) at the Sawit Seberang Health Center with a p value of 0.014. This means that there is a significant relationship between the distance of health facilities and low coverage of postpartum visits (kf3) at the Sawit Seberang Health Center with a p value of 0.003. This means that there is a significant relationship between the number of children and low coverage of postpartum visits (kf3) at the Sawit Seberang Health Center with a p value of 0.003.
