The Relationship between Anemia and Maternal Abortion Pregnant in the Obstetrics Room RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan 2023. Method:This the type of research that is quantitative with Cross sectional. Design and the test of research is Chi-Square. The research population was 38 pregnant women respondents pregnancy under 20 weeks with a sample of 38
respondents.The data analysis use was descriptive univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test.
Result : The results of the research were based on univariate analysis of 26 respondents (68%) who had anemia with the incidence of abortion, 1 respondents (3%) who had anemia with non abortion events, 5 respondents (13%) who didn’t experience anemia with non abortion, and 6 respondents (16%) who did not experience anemia with no abortion. The result of bivariate analysis obtained the Chi-Square results p-value = 0,001. Conclusion : The is that there is and association of anemia with the incidence
of abortion in the mother.
