Continuity of Care (COC) care is continuous treatment from conception through family planning to steps to reduce MMR and IMR (KB). Indicators of the effectiveness of health services in Indonesia are largely determined by maternal
and infant mortality, but delivery problems can also cause maternal and infant mortality. Continuing midwifery care (COC) is important for women to obtain services from health workers, especially professional midwives (Diana Sulis,
2017). The purpose of this study was to determine Midwifery Continuity Of Care (COC) Care for Pregnant Women, Labor with non-advanced labor, Postpartum, Newborns and Family Planning for Ny. N At Independent Midwife Practice Midwife Erna Br. Munthe Medan Deli.Mrs. N, 27 years old G1A0P0 with anamnesa results January 2 2021. From monitoring visits, Mrs. N made 3 ANC visits with frequent BAK in TM 3. During the latent phase of labor, Mrs. N, the initial period of labour, lasts 12 hours from the time the mother feels heartburn until mucus mixed with blood and mucus appears (2013) The early primigravida period lasts 10 to 15 hours. However, only
1 cm growth in cervical change was seen during the 12 h latency period. When induction was performed, the opening was not widened and Mrs. N does not experience sufficient fatigue due to the intermittent nature of the contractions. The baby was born spontaneously healthy with a weight of 3100 grams, a length of 49 cm without complications. During the puerperium, 4 visits were made, no complications occurred to the mother, Mrs. N chose to have a birth control
implant because it does not contain estrogen which reduces milk production, on April 30 2022. Methods: Type of research used in case studies. Research is carried out in order to get an overview of health phenomena that exist in individuals or a special population group. So that research wants to describe midwifery care for pregnant women (Notoatmodjo, 2016)
