Manajemen Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity Of Care (COC) pada Ny. D dengan Kehamilan Hipertensi Gestasional, Persalinan,Nifas, Bayi Baru Lahir Dan Keluarga Berencana di BPS,Lasmaria Kecamatan Batang Kuis, Kabupaten Deli Serdang tahun 2025

Background: Gestational hypertension is one of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide. This condition is related to various factors, such as physiological changes during pregnancy, unhealthy lifestyle factors, and sociodemographics.
The purpose: of this study describes the continuous midwifery care of Mrs. D, 32 years old, with gestational hypertension pregnancy to family planning.
The method: is using descriptive research with a case study with Continuity of Care (COC) midwifery care with primary data obtained through interviews with patients and was
carried out in February 2024 - February 2025 at BPS Lasmaria, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency.
The subject: was Mrs. D G1P0A0 with gestational hypertension pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn, family planning.
Results: Mrs. D with gestational hypertension pregnancy and received monitoring and education on improving nutrition and rest. The delivery was spontaneous and lasted 12 hours and 45 minutes without complications. Postpartum care was physiological, breast milk production was smooth and uterine involution returned to normal. The baby was born male, with an APGAR score of 10, and the mother chose MAP.
Conclusion: Midwifery care was provided comprehensively/ continuously to Mrs. D at BPS Bidan Lasmaria in 2025.
