Manajemen Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity of Care (COC) Pada Ny. J Masa Kehamilan, Bersalin, Ibu Nifas Dengan Bendungan Asi, Bayi Baru Lahir dan Keluarga Berencana di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Santi Meliala Kecamatan Medan Polonia Kota Medan Sumatera Utara Tahun 2025

Background of Continuity of Care Midwifery Care is the implementation of the functions, activities and responsibilities of midwives in providing services to clients continuously starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn. Breast engorgement is the increase in venous and lymphatic flow in the breasts in order to
prepare for lactation. The purpose of this study is to implement Continuity of Care (COC) Midwifery Care Management for Mrs. J during Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum with Breast Milk Dam, Newborns, and Family Planning at the Santi
Meliala Inpatient Primary Clinic, Medan Polonia District in 2025. The research method used is Descriptive Observational research that describes the phenomenon being studied and also describes the magnitude of the problem being studied. The subject in the study was Mrs. J, 28 years old G2P0A0 at the Santi Meliala Inpatient Primary Clinic, Medan Polonia District, Medan City in 2025. The results of the
researcher have carried out continuous midwifery care management for Mrs. J
starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum with Breast Milk Dam, Newborns
and Family Planning. The conclusion after routinely implementing continuous
midwifery care management during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum with
breastfeeding retention, newborns, and family planning was that mothers
experiencing breast milk retention were resolved with the care provided by the
researchers.
