Manajemen Asuhan Kebidanan Ciontinuity Of Care (COC) Pada Ibu Hamil Hipermesis Gravidaum Tingakat II, Persalianan, Bayi baru lahir,Nifas, dan Keluaraga Berencana Pada Ny.D di PMB Duma Panjaitan Kec. Helvet Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2025

Background: Hypermesis gravidarum is a pregnancy complication characterized by excessive nausea and vomiting, can cause dehydration, metabolic disorders, and even affect the fetus.
Research: Objectives Implement midwifery care management Continuity of Care Hypermesis Gravidarum level II, labor, postpartum period, newborns, and family planning.
The method: is to use descriptive case study research with the 7- step midwifery Helen Varney and SOAP.
The subject: of this study was Mrs. D G1P0A0 aged 24 years starting from pregnancy, newborns and family planning.
Results: Mrs. D's pregnancy period experienced hypermesis gravidarum level II. Care was given in the form of nutritional counseling, administration of vitamin B6, entering the second trimester Mrs. D did not experience
hypermesis gravidarum again. Labor took place spontaneously, stages I–IV within normal limits. The postpartum period was monitoring of uterine involution, lochia,. The newborn was born spontaneously, APGAR scores were normal. Mrs. Mrs. D chose the contraceptive implant.
Conclusion: The implementation of COC midwifery care management for Mrs. D at the Duma Panjaitan Helvetia PMB in 2025 was effective.
