Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny.T Dengan Gagal Ginjal Kronis (Ggk) Di Ruangan Mahoni Rs Universitas Sumatera Utara Tahun 2023

Kidney failure is a problem with the functioning of the kidneys, namely being unable to filter the body's electrolytes, maintain the balance of body fluids and body
chemicals (sodium and potassium) in the blood, and produce urine. According to World Health Organization (WHO) data, chronic kidney disease causes 850,000 deaths every year. These figures show that CKD is the 12th cause of death
worldwide. In North Sumatra, specifically in Medan, based on data from the North Sumatra University Hospital, in 2022 the number of Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) cases reached 276 cases. So, from the results of the research, the author raised "Nursing Care for Mrs. T with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) in the Mahogany Room at North Sumatra University Hospital.Research Method: This type of research is descriptive, which includes a research unit including clients, families, groups, communities or institutions. This research is entitled Nursing Care for Mrs. T with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) in the Mahogany Room at the University of North Sumatra Hospital which starts from a nursing care assessment, nursing care diagnosis, nursing care planning,
implementation and evaluation of nursing care.Conclusion: After providing nursing care to Mrs. T with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) in the Mahogany room of North Sumatra University Hospital which was carried out from April 16 to April 18 2023 for three days using 5 nursing processes,
namely: Assessment, Diagnosis, Nursing Intervention, Implementation and Evaluation can be evaluated with the results of problems that have not yet been resolved and intelligence will be continued by staff in the room.
