Abstract
Maternal and child health is included in the priority as well as a benchmark for the development of the health and welfare of a nation, which includes reducing the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). Midwives must have the ability to be generated by a way of thinking about care or care that underscores women-focused care. One of the efforts to improve the ability or quality of midwifery is continuous Care/COC care in clinical instruction by involving midwifery students in realizing midwifery care in accordance with the mindset of midwifery care. This research implements a case study type, which is
held in order to get a picture of the health of an individual or a population group. N From the period of Pregnancy, Labor, Postpartum, Newborn and Family Plan

Results of the mother's historyMrs. N G2P1A0 gestational age 28 weeks 2 days single fetus, alive, intrauterine, left back, head presentation, not yet entered PAP, mother and fetus are in good condition. not accompanied by twisting of the umbilical cord, male sex, strong crying, redness, the baby's condition is normal, there are no abnormalities. Immediate care after the baby is born normally is the care given to the baby in the first hour after birth. The care given to Mrs. N starts from the fourth stage of moitoring bleeding, monitoring bladder emptying contractions and observing the
mother's vital signs. After 6 hours the postpartum mother is given postpartum treatment, namely massage or gentle massage which aims to provide a sense of relaxation and comfort for the mother after delivery and can stimulate milk pro duction in the mother. long-term contraception but does not interfere with milk production because Mrs. N wants to provide exclusive breastfeeding until the baby is 6 months old, namely 3-month injection KB.
