Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Imunisasi Dasar Dengan Kelengkapan Imunisasi Dasar Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jeuram, Kec. Seunagan Kab. Nagan Raya Tahun 2024

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the completeness of basic immunization in infants. The research design used was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach, conducted
at the Jeuram Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, in April–June 2024. The study sample consisted of 60 mothers with infants aged 9–12 months, selected using the accidental sampling method. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square
test. The results showed that the majority of mothers with poor knowledge (56.7%) tended to have children with incomplete immunization (51.7%). Conversely, mothers with good knowledge had more children who received complete immunization. Statistical tests showed a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and completeness of immunization (p = 0.000).
