Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Sikap Ibu Hamil Hamil Untuk Melakukan Imunisasi Tetanus Toksoid (TT) Di Puskesmas Pegajahan Kec Pegajahan Kab Serdang Bedagai Tahun 2023

BACKGROUND Immunization program is one of the important programs in the health sector. This immunization program aims to reduce morbidity, disability and death from diseases that can be prevented by immunization. One of the important
immunization programs recommended by the government is TT (Tetanus Toxoid) immunization which is a process to build immunity as an effort to prevent tetanus infection. This TT immunization can be given to pregnant women in the first to third trimester. Prevention efforts and increased socialization are urgently needed in relation to this TT immunization problem. Efforts made to increase immunization
coverage are by paying attention to all aspects related to vaccines (availability of vaccines, health promotion, availability of health workers), health services for
pregnant women, especially clean delivery assistance by health workers and clean umbilical cord care and strengthening surveillance of neonatal tetanus (TN).Neonatal tetanus needs to be made one of the diseases reported weekly in the early warning system report on extraordinary events. Because the occurrence of one case of neonatal tetanus can be determined as an outbreak, it is necessary to take immediate action (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2019). OBJECTIVE Factors influencing the attitude of pregnant women to undergo tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization in the operational area of the Pegajahan Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value <0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted statistical test results there is a significant relationship. RESULTS there is a significant relationship between Age, Parity, Education, Knowledge, Provision of Health Socialization and There is a relationship with the mother's attitude to undergo TT immunization at the Pegajahan Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023.
