Abstract
Immunization program is one of the important programs in the health sector. This immunization program aims to reduce morbidity, disability and death from diseases that can be prevented by immunization. One of the important immunization programs recommended by the government is TT (Tetanus Toxoid) immunization which is a process to build immunity as an effort to prevent tetanus infection. This TT immunization can be given to pregnant women in the first to third trimester. Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization is a weakened and purified tetanus germ toxin that is given to infants, children and mothers as an effort to provide protection against tetanus. This Tetanus Toxoid immunization is also
given to pregnant women and women who are going to get married (prospective brides). The purpose of this Tetanus Toxoid immunization is to protect mothers and babies from tetanus because antibodies are produced and passed on to babies through the placenta and reduce the risk of tetanus in neonates. The research design used is cross-sectional. Cross-sectional design is a type of research where the measurement of variables is carried out once at one time. This study uses the sampling technique used is accidental sampling, which is a sampling technique based on coincidence, namely consumers who accidentally or incidentally meet researchers can be used as samples, if it is considered that the person who happened to be met is suitable as a data source with a sample size of 32
respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. From the results of the chi square statistical test, it is known that the p value <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the research variables and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at St. Carolus Hospital Summarecon Serpong Tangerang in 2023 with a value of RP 2.182. The conclusion of the study shows that the results of the experimental test have a significant value with a p value of 0.000 <0.05.
