Manajemen Asuhan Keperawatan Gawat Darurat Yang Service Excellent Pada Tn. D Dengan Congestive Heart Failure Di Ruangan Pusat Jantung Terpadu Rsup H Adam Malik Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024

Congestive Heart Failure is a condition of insufficient cardiac output to meet the body's metabolic needs, both at rest and during activity Andrianto, (2023). Congestive Heart Failure is a clinical syndrome in response to ventricular failure characterized by pulmonary congestion or systemic venous congestion. Congestive Heart Failure includes signs and symptoms that vary, depending on the location affected, on the right side, left side or both sides of the heart. Based on data from the World Health Organization, the prevalence of people with Congestive Heart Failure in Indonesia is 1.5% of the Indonesian population or around 1,017,290 people. The incidence of congestive heart failure in 2021 at H. Adam Malik General Hospital, Medan, was 221 cases, in 2022 there were 469 cases and in 2023 there were 493 cases. The incidence of congestive heart failure is based on data obtained at the Integrated Heart Center Room of H. Adam Malik General Hospital. In this regard, this study aims to obtain heart health problems at H. Adam Malik General Hospital.
