Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Ibu Dengan Pemeriksaan Iva Test Diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pegajahan Kecamatan Pegajahaan KabuPaten Serdang Bedagai 2022

BACKGROUND The World Health Organization reported that the maternal mortality rate worldwide in 2020 was around 295,000 women who died during and after pregnancy and childbirth. The majority (94%) of maternal deaths occur in low- and
middle-income countries (WHO, 2020). At the 2020 national working meeting, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia in 2019 was still 305 per 100,000 live births (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020), which is still high when compared to Indonesia's target in the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of 70 per 100,000 live births (Pusdatin, 2020). The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) era began in 2020 with a program to reduce pregnancy-related morbidity and mortality, the achievement of which is still very high in the world. The World Health Organization
(WHO) projects that every pregnant woman and newborn needs quality care from pregnancy to the postpartum period. Prenatal care in Indonesia plays an important role in providing quality care, as antenatal care includes elements of health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease prevention. OBJECTIVE To analyze the Relationship between Mother's Knowledge and Attitude with IVA Test Examination in the Pegajahan Health Center Work Area, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2022. METHOD chi square test p value <0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted statistical test results there is a significantrelationship. RESULT There is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and IVA Test examination in the Pegajahan Health Center Work Area, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2022 with a p value <0.005. There is asignificant relationship between mother's attitude and IVA Test examination in the Pegajahan Health Center Work Area, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2022 with a p value <0.005.
