Background: Basic immunization services for children in Indonesia have beenintegrated starting from Posyandu, Puskesmas and hospitals, but the overall coverage of basic immunization is still below the target set by thegovernment.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the factors that influence maternal compliance in providing complete basicimmunizations in Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. Method: The study used a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional study design which was carried out in the work area of the Hamparan Perak Health Center,Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, starting from thepreparation ofthe thesis to obtaining the results of the study which is planned to take place from July 15, 2022. The population in this study were mothers who were ≥ 18 years oldin the work area ofthe Hamparan Perak Health Center, Hamparan Perak
District, Deli Serdang Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling using simple random sampling with a sample size of 73 respondents. Results: The results of the study showed a significant influence between knowledge (p=0.03) and maternal compliance in providing immunization,and there was no influence between perception (p=0.47), quality of immunization services (p=0.10), number of children (p=0.46), distance of health services(p=0.74) and maternal compliance in providing complete basic immunization in Hamparan Perak, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. Conclusion the most influencing factor in maternal compliance in providing complete basic immunization is knowledge. It is necessary to increase the role of health workersin providing good information to the community about the importance ofimmunization for infants, and it is hoped that this can also increase the positive
perception of the community towards immunization.
